Upon filling out this form, you will be taken to a confirmation page where you can print a copy for your records, or correct any information before submitting.

At the end of the process, you will receive confirmation of reciept, an invoice for the appropriate booth rental amount, and a copy of the application/contract in the mail. Please sign the contract and mail it to the address on the back. Include a check for the invoiced amount (or deposit). Spaces:

Sharing Spaces is not allowed. Your fees stay low as long as we attract new exhibitors. Do not allow others to conduct business in your booth. Advise them to apply for a space nearby. There is an ongoing need for new exhibitors. It holds back the ever-rising production costs. We receive no part of the public admission fees. Your fee covers advertising, insurance, security, help, and fairground rental. Get a $15 credit (applied to the next show) for every new exhibitor referred. Make us aware of referrals, and have them mention your name in their application. With very little effort you could have a free booth. We do appreciate your support. Working together to spread word of mouth keeps our rates much lower than other shows.

Limitations:

  • A $25 deposit holds one (1) space. Confirmations are sent from Fairground Shows NY by US Mail or email after payment is received.
  • Verbal or Telephone requests for spaces are recorded, but not processed until deposit or payment is received.
  • For renewals requests made after the 30-day renewal period has lapsed, be aware – all un-reserved spaces will have been made available for new exhibitors. Never assume we know you’ll be returning because we don’t.
  • Cancellation refunds made between 60 and 30 days before a show will be assessed a $25 service fee
  • No refunds or credits issued for cancellations within 30 days before the show date, or “No-Shows”
  • We do not accept credit cards or post-dated checks. Bounced checks will be assessed a $25 service fee
 

LIABILITY AGREEMENT
Fairground Shows NY may be referred to as FSNY and Washington County Fairground Inc. may be referred to as WCF throughout this agreement;

FSNY, WCF, the promoters, representatives, agents, employees, any members or guests of FSNY, WCF and/or the facility on which the activities are conducted are to be saved and held harmless from; any liability for injury, loss, sickness or damage that may be suffered by any exhibitor, vendor, their employees, agents, or property. Exhibitors and vendors are required to provide their own personal and business liability insurance and loss insurance coverage.
The undersigned further agrees to save and hold FSNY and WCF each as individuals, or their employees harmless from any claim or demand because of bodily injury or damage to property or sickness caused by or resulting from an negligent or willful act of the undersigned exhibitor, their representatives, agents, or employees related to the operation of the undersigned’s business, display, or exhibit.

FSNY agrees to provide security 7PM to 6AM Friday and Saturday to patrol the facility. However, no responsibility shall be assumed by FSNY or WCF, their agents or associates, for goods situated within the fairground during advertised hours of the event, or for goods left upon the premises at any time the event is closed to the public. It shall be the sole responsibility of the undersigned exhibitor to protect his or her own exhibit including personal materials.
FSNY reserves the right to: revoke contracts, move or require removal of certain merchandise, reassign spaces, or even cancel an event, when in the opinion of FSNY management or WCF representatives such action would be in the best interest of the event’s presentation. An exhibitor shall be entitled to a future show credit not to exceed the amount of a currently credited deposit as restitution for such revocation, removal, reassignment or cancellation action.

I understand that sub-leasing or sharing of exhibitor space with another seller is prohibited. I agree to keep my assigned exhibit space open during advertised public hours until posted closing times.  I have carefully read, and agree to the rules and conditions in this and other materials regarding Fairground Shows NY and Washington County Fairground Inc. policies.
